Missing dots in the printing? Need to increase your productivity? Either for films, papers substrates, Spengler proposes Electrostatic assistance solutions, efficient and reliable. Inflexible on security and safety issues in ATEX zone and in efficiency, the systems answers scrupulously to the safety norms (certificates/labeling CE, ATEX homologation, manufacturing facility,…). The conception of the equipment ensures a high reliability and robustness through time. Spengler proposes classic systems : top loading ( electrode on top of the impression roller) and side-loading ( by the side of the impression roller).

ELECTROSTATIC CHARGING
Controlled electrostatic charging enables blocking, fixing, and adhesion. Spengler offers a wide range of induction electrodes, with the ability to develop specific electrodes for your application or machine.
SPIRAL ROLLERS
For problems with foam and surface film on inks.
The roller is installed in the ink tray, where it floats. It moves magnetically towards the gravure cylinder, which drives it. The spiral shape, created by rotation, removes foam and surface film from the ink, pushing them towards the ends of the tray. Furthermore, it ensures more consistent inking of the cylinder surface.
No installation is required: the roller is self-contained, easy to install and remove, and can be cleaned with solvents.
END SEALS
A determining factor in the service life of equipment with doctor blades (leaks, early doctor blade wear), we offer seals scrupulously respecting the manufacturers’ plans. We can also develop custom-made plans to guarantee optimal geometry. We make seals in polyethylene musses, polyurethane, rubber and special molded seals.
